It operates, in three business divisions, among other things a holiday park, three campsites, the pools as well as the spa and open-air facilities in the Sundern city area. Due to age-related reasons, the company is looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For our office in the Haus des Gastes in Langscheid, we are looking for a part-time administrative employee (32 to 35 hours per week).<\/p>\n<p>The main tasks are processing ongoing financial accounting and handling payroll accounting, as well as preparing payment transactions. You will also take care of invoicing to the company\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n<p>We expect commercial training or, as a tax clerk, possibly administrative training with the relevant knowledge. You have good DATEV knowledge (and\/or Agenda software) and experience in accounting as well as LODAS, and ideally experience with the DATEV Cloud, and can support the company in digitising the accounting processes. The company provides the framework for the required further training.<\/p>\n<p>Financial and payroll accounting is carried out using DATEV and integrated cost accounting. Invoicing is done using the HS order software (formerly DATEV order management). From time to time, you will also support the Sorpesee GmbH team in taking orders for our tourism business in the permanent accommodations of the tree and Swedish houses as well as the Finntalos.<\/p>\n<p>You have good knowledge of working with Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
