Energy-Efficient Renovation of Sundern Indoor Pool

The following work has been completed or is currently underway:

• Interior and exterior scaffolding
• Asbestos abatement completed; building has been cleared for re-entry
• Demolition of structural concrete elements and clinker facade is finished
• Parts of the roof structures have already been structurally reinforced and renovated
• The pent roof was demolished following the structural work, and the supporting shell is currently being replaced
• Concrete restoration is still in progress
• Metalwork and glazing work are underway
• Plumbing work is underway
• Drywalling and acoustic ceiling work have been commissioned
• Ventilation technology has been commissioned
• Swimming pool technology will be commissioned shortly
• The electrical tender is currently in progress

Based on the current status, construction measures are scheduled to be completed by January 2027.
